Code of Conduct

GRP as an Organization has grown many folds since its inception. On Strong core values of Hard work, Respect, Accountability and Speed. The underlying Principle to our organization remains our Integrity  and Compliance. Our Code of Conduct for all employees and same is followed while in discussions with our Customers, Partners and anyone supporting our business.

  •  To Comply with Law of Land for all Statutory and Policy requirements in India and to do business with other countries complying local laws and regulations.
  • Ethical Conduct – Making right choices and carrying reputation of GRP by each employee. Maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Ensure no employee has any relation with a vendor or customer. If any, it has to be approved by management before doing any business.
  • The selection of Vendors, Supplier, Contractor etc. is based on objectivity.
  • No Specific details should be shared between different customers which may impact their business. This is to ensure a high level of trust with our customers.
  • While Dealing with Government or any other decision-making official, no bribe or benefit is to be given.
  • Our Business has no political engagement either as a company or as an individual employee.
  • Confidential information of the company is not to be shared with anyone outside the company.
  • Each Employee must Respect each other and any vendor or customer we deal with. No violence with anyone within or outside the company with whom we do business.
  • No Verbal, written or Physical harassment with each other or anyone at our Vendors and customers. No Sexual harassment should be done by anyone.
  • Each employee should follow all accounting standards as per their roles.
